The Japanese Chin is 8 to 11 inches tall and weighs 4 to 7 pounds. He has a long and thick coat that is silky and straight. His coat color can be black and white, or red and white.it is alert, intelligent, and independent and it uses its paws to wash and wipe its face.

As compared to other breeds, Japanese Chins need great deal of companionship and do not like being left alone . They become anxious and express through destructive chewing and barking. If you work all day this is not the breed for you.
Reproduction: In domestic dogs, sexual maturity begins to happen around age 6 to 12 months for both males and females, Howeverthis can be delayed until up to two years old for some breeds. Adolescence for domestic dogs is around 12 to 15 months, beyond which they are for the most part more adult than puppy.
