Meet the pet in person

See the animal in daylight and in the place where it is kept. Do not rely only on photos or a video call.

Never pay before you meet

PetsPakistan does not collect deposits, hold payments or arrange delivery. Do not send advance money to reserve a pet, arrange transport or pay a supposed agent.

Ask the right questions

• Ask for the pet’s age, diet and vaccination record.
• Ask to see the parents when buying a young animal from a breeder.
• Ask why the pet is being sold or rehomed.
• Walk away if the story or price keeps changing.

Report a concern

If an ad looks misleading, promotes a prohibited species or asks for money before a meeting, report it through the listing or contact us.
